Terms of Service

Terms governing access to and use of the Genvernium service.

Version 2026-08-30.1Effective August 30, 2026

1. Service and agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to Genvernium, a service operated by Genvernium. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

Genvernium provides a workspace for connecting an authorised website, collecting public website evidence, reviewing SEO and GEO observations, and turning findings into proposed, reviewable work. The service is designed for business customers and the initial release is offered through field-sales onboarding.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, keep authentication factors confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that each person invited to a workspace is authorised to access it.

A workspace administrator controls roles, website connections, approvals, and exports for that workspace. Customer users may access only workspaces and records for which the service grants them permission. Genvernium may separate customer and administrator access and may suspend access to protect a workspace or the service.

Google and GitHub sign-in are optional identity methods. Their availability depends on the provider configuration shown by the service; a visible sign-in option is not a promise that a provider is always available.

3. Customer authorisation and submissions

You represent that you own, control, or have permission to submit each website URL, page, instruction, document, and other material supplied to Genvernium. You authorise Genvernium to access publicly reachable pages within the configured scope, subject to robots rules, rate limits, crawl-safety controls, and applicable law.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, API tokens, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other secrets. Do not use a public URL as permission to collect unrelated private or sensitive information. You remain responsible for notices, permissions, and lawful instructions required for the content you submit.

4. Evidence, analysis, and recommendations

Genvernium records source URL, retrieval information, content fingerprints where applicable, evidence references, findings, versions, and review history to make analysis traceable. Website content can change, become unavailable, or be incomplete, so evidence and recommendations may become stale.

Scores, SEO/GEO observations, AI-search readiness estimates, recommendations, and proposed fixes are decision-support information. They are not guarantees of ranking, AI citation, traffic, revenue, conversions, or any particular business result. You must review the underlying evidence before relying on an output.

5. Review and external actions

A generated recommendation or draft does not publish a website change, send a message, make a purchase, or create another external side effect. An external action, when offered, requires a separately recorded customer approval and an auditable action record. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving any change before applying it to a production system.

6. Acceptable use and security

Your use of the service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Genvernium may enforce rate limits, block disposable or abusive registration domains, reject unsafe targets, and suspend activity that threatens the service, another customer, or a website being accessed.

We use reasonable technical and organisational controls appropriate to the service, but no online service can guarantee that it will never experience an incident or interruption.

7. Ownership and confidentiality

You retain your rights in customer materials. You grant Genvernium the limited permission needed to host, secure, process, display, analyse, support, and provide exports of those materials for the service and your instructions. Genvernium retains its service, software, workflows, and non-customer-specific know-how.

Each party must protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the agreed relationship. Additional customer-data terms may apply where agreed in writing.

8. Fees and payment

The initial release is arranged through field-sales onboarding. Genvernium does not currently offer online checkout through the product, collect payment-card details through the product, or automatically charge customers. Any order, fee, tax, renewal, refund, or payment term must be stated in the applicable order or written commercial agreement.

9. Suspension, termination, and changes

Either party may end a service relationship as permitted by the applicable order or written agreement. Genvernium may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of customers, with notice where practical. On termination, export and deletion are handled according to the applicable agreement, retention requirements, and the Privacy Notice.

We may update these terms when the service, law, or risk controls change. Material changes will be identified by a new version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

10. Disclaimers, liability, and contact

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and Genvernium disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a written order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any additional warranty, indemnity, liability cap, governing-law, or dispute term in a signed order controls to the extent of a conflict.

Questions, complaints, security reports, and notices should be sent to support@genvernium.com. Genvernium is located at 1, Aurora Sovo, Plaza Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
