Acceptable Use Policy
Required and prohibited uses of the Genvernium service.
1. Use the service lawfully
You may use Genvernium only for lawful business purposes, within your permissions and the agreed service scope. You must follow the Terms of Service, respect third-party rights, and provide accurate instructions and target information.
2. Website collection and security
You must not use the service to access a target without authorisation, bypass access controls or robots instructions, evade rate limits, overload a site, attempt denial of service, probe internal networks, exploit SSRF, or submit a URL intended to compromise the service or another system.
A publicly reachable URL is not permission to collect unrelated private or sensitive information. You must stop or narrow a crawl when you learn that the configured scope is not authorised.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not submit or use the service for:
- malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, infringement, or attempts to compromise a system
- passwords, private keys, tokens, payment-card data, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data without a documented and lawful need
- high-impact automated decisions, unlawful profiling, or inference of sensitive traits
- material you do not own or have permission to process
- attempts to evade disposable-email, identity, rate, or abuse controls
- scraping, reselling, benchmarking, reverse engineering, or automated use beyond the agreed scope
- production changes or external communications without customer review, testing, and approval
4. Registration and abuse controls
Genvernium may block disposable or temporary email domains, suspicious registrations, excessive requests, unsafe targets, and activity that risks another customer or the service. Domain detection is an abuse-prevention control, not a guarantee that every disposable provider can always be identified.
5. Reporting, review, and enforcement
Report suspected abuse or a security issue to support@genvernium.com. We may investigate using limited relevant records, preserve evidence needed for security or legal purposes, and take proportionate action including a warning, request for remediation, feature restriction, suspension, or termination. Emergency restrictions may be applied when necessary to prevent immediate harm. We will review a good-faith appeal or correction request where practical and lawful.
